2. Refund Eligibility
Since the initial payment covers professional research, drafting, consultation, and document preparation services that are completed and delivered, the initial USD $1,500 payment is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining USD $1,500 is success-based and is payable only after your I-140 petition is approved by USCIS. If your petition is not approved, you will not be required to pay the remaining USD $1,500.3. USCIS Decisions
